TRANSFORMING THE FINANCIAL SYSTEMS OF INEQUITY

THROUGH COMMUNITY CO-OWNERSHIP IN MEDICAL REAL ESTATE

We work to defeat racism, sexism, and the poverty it fosters. We believe in the fight for social justice for women and Black people, Indigenous people and all People of Color.

In marginalized communities, when you build wealth, you build hope, dignity, and strength for the future.

This new, more equitable model of wealth creation is built on deep experience in both real estate development and impact investing.

For generations, women and Black people, Indigenous people and People of Color have faced massive hurdles to investing successfully.

The pandemic has made inequality worse. Societal racism is much more evident.

THE WAGE GAP CONTINUES

For every $1 a man makes, women of all backgrounds make less.1

FAMILY WEALTH VARIES WITH RACE

The typical white family has 8 times the wealth of the typical Black family and 5 times the wealth of the typical Hispanic family.2

BLACK PEOPLE OWN FAR FEWER HOMES THAN WHITES

In the first quarter of 2020, 44 percent percent of Black households owned their home, compared with 73.7 percent of white households.3

We invite you to start a change reaction.

Change the power of women and Black people, Indigenous people and People of Color to build wealth, and you bring marginalized people and communities back into the mainstream. Which transforms communities. And creates a more inclusive society. So we can move forward together. And change our world for good.

To stop a problem from growing, you have to get at its root.

Poverty, racism, sexism – inequality in all its forms – must not continue to be an endless cycle. At the root of the problem, millions of marginalized people simply have no opportunity to build wealth. We aim to bring wealth building within reach through co-ownership of real property.

The beauty is sustainability.

Investment in medical real estate creates a measurable financial impact. It generates new capital, right here in the community, for individual and community investors and for healthcare, education, food and more. This in turn creates more opportunities, and your financial impact continues through rising generations.
